We are pleased to offer a free initial screening examination for prospective new patients. The purpose of this visit is to determine if orthodontic treatment is indicated and to better acquaint you with our practice. When you arrive, a tour of the office will be given to familiarize you with our state of the art facility. An orthodontic video or interactive CD ROM specific to your concerns will be presented and a thorough examination of the face, teeth, and jaw joints will be completed by Dr. Spokane. He will spend uninterrupted time with you and answer all of your questions.

If treatment is indicated, certain records will be necessary before a complete diagnosis can be made. These include x-rays of the teeth and head, digital images, impressions for diagnostic study models, and special jaw/joint measurements. If you are anxious to get started, these diagnostic aids can be prepared at your first visit so an extra trip is unnecessary.

After studying the records, Dr. Spokane and our treatment coordinators will present your individualized treatment plan. State of the art computer imagery and the actual appliances or braces needed to correct your bite will be presented to make treatment clear and easily understood. They will answer any questions you may have. We look forward to the opportunity to be of service!

Will My Insurance Cover the Treatment?

Most orthodontic insurances may be used at our office. Upon receiving your personal insurance information, we will attempt to determine your orthodontic benefits for you. As a courtesy, we will complete all necessary insurance forms and send directly to the insurance company.
