Dear Dr. Spokane,
After more than a year of your services I feel that
it is time I let you know how pleased I have been with both your
professional work and your caring manner with your patients and their
families. My daughter's progress has been encouraging; I feel confident
that we will be satisfied with the end results. What has really
impressed me has been the little things that are continually offered,
maybe not necessary or expected, but they have made an impact on me. I
am referring to how you personally come out to the waiting room to
discuss my daughter's progress on many occasions and usually offer
friendly remarks to my other children at that time. Also, the contests,
Nintendo, toys, and coffee (my personal favorite) are indications of
thoughtful consideration of us all. Your supporting staff is always
friendly, helpful, and patient. Finally, your success in keeping
appointments on schedule to avoid long waits for the patients shows
that you recognize the value of your patient's time as well as your
own. That is truly a novel experience for me! I believe that your
office is consistently run in an exceptionally personal and caring way,
and I know you can't fake that. Thank you so much for your genuine
concern in addition to your skilled professional services.
Dr. Spokane & Staff,
I'd like to thank all of you, for giving me the joy
of being able to smile for the first time. This has been a life
changing experience for me, and I'm so glad all of you were part of it.
Thank You So Much!
Dear Dr. Spokane and Staff,
Thank you so very much for your gracious
introduction of my wife to your facility and your service. (If there
has been any change in fifteen years it has only been for the better. A
summa cum laude graduate is filling the post there admirably.)
We were so favorably impressed with the thorough and
generous interview that you gave my wife, Doctor. And, Tracy, we
appreciated your follow up card.
My wife has been wearing her mouthpiece faithfully and with gratitude. Once again, many thanks.
Dear Dr. Spokane and Staff,
For as long as I can remember I have been unhappy
with my smile. I even has a dentist at one time tell me I shouldn't be
concerned; I'm "already married." Dr. Spokane what you see as a little
less than perfect, I see as an amazing improvement! Having this done
was such a self-esteem booster.
Thank you for my beautiful smile!
Dear Dr. Spokane,
There will never be enough words to express the
deep, heart-felt thanks for all you and your staff have done for my
daughter. She's virtually headache free and has found some self
confidence and feels so special with all of you. I know I can never
repay you financially, the work and miracles you have done with her are
priceless. You're wonderful, a GOD send to us, and we appreciate you
more than you will ever know. Thanks for everything and GOD BLESS!
Community Letters to Dr. Spokane
Dear Dr. Spokane,
On behalf of Young Life of Beaver County, I want to
thank you for your generous donation. Our hope is that lives are
changed as our youth makes right choices that will insure them a
brighter future. Thank you also for your service to this community. You
and your staff are a precious gift.
Dear Dr. Spokane,
Thank you so much for the great oral care basket
that you Donated to Beaver High School's JROTC Parent Group's Night at
the Races. We loved it! It was a hot item on the auction table! It is
through this major fundraiser that we are able to continue to give back
to our community now and in the future. Thank you for giving so freely.
We greatly appreciate your kindness!
Dear Dr. Spokane,
On behalf of the patients of Children's Hospital I
would like to thank you for your pledge. I am hoping to raise enough to
purchase gifts at Christmas that can make a difference in the life of a
child for at least one day. Thank you for your contribution!
Poem From a Patient
Dr. Spokane recieved this orthodontic assistant and the following poem from one of his many appreciative patients:
DR. SPOKANE
Seven years ago I came for a visit-
But now my teeth are EXQUISITE!
All you saw was one tooth down the middle-
You couldn't do much because I was little!
I remember hating the key turning expanders...
Most of all those braces and retainers!
When I'd break a wire - you would joke and inquire...
"What will I do with you? Do you need barbed-wire?"
You told me not to eat carrots, apples, or sticky food....
Or my wires and brackets might come unglued!
You gave me endearing nicknames while you fixed my chops-
Such as cutie, sweetie, toothless, and Cyclops!
I had almost everything done that there is to do!
I'm glad for what you did! I want to THANK YOU
I look back and think - this was a long hard mile...
But now just look......I have a beautiful smile!
You helped me so much through seven years...
You saved me from torture and a lot of tears!
