Clinic Reminders
* Leave arch wire long on 2x4's
* Make sure both the patient and their parents clearly know if elastics are to be continued, changed or eliminated
* Take photos for ALL Invisalign Refinefinement scans
* When scanning NP2's - Put NP2 before the last name of the patient
* NP2 records, PXS & Ceph all need bitmapped in Paula folder under scanned documents
* NP2's - Moving forward, we will only do one scan that includes all of the NP2 documents and the financial documents in one scan. The signed noncovered services form and the payment options sheet should be ethe last two things in the packet in that order. So they should be in the bottom of the pile when you scan them. That should help save onsiderable tim ein the clinic
* If you give a patient all their aligners - DO NOT schedule them back with an invisalign code
* Use the small humidifier during AR's
* Use the ADJ PROCEDURE FORM for all the "extra stuff" on 5's even if denied
